The staff was amazing, always friendly and eager to help. They recommended great tours and always replied promptly to WhatsApp messages. the place was very clean and tidy, and the room size was great. the free shuttle from and to the center was very helpful. the natural surroundings were stunning and the Wi-Fi connection was strong.
The lack of a phone in the room to contact the front desk. Nonetheless, the staff was always available through WhatsApp messages.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were amazing - so welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped us with tour recommendations and were always available to answer our questions. The hotel facilities were top notch, including the clean pool and great WiFi connection. The location was beautiful with stunning views, and it was really convenient to have the free shuttle service to get around. And the breakfast - wow, it was delicious and had so many different options to choose from. We were really impressed with how the hotel prioritized cleanliness too.

I had an extraordinary family stay at a peaceful hotel surrounded by nature. the staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to help me with any request. the facilities were clean, spacious, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with various options, and the free shuttle service to explore the surroundings. the hotel features a stunning pool and a balcony with a mesmerizing view of the rice fields. I also cherished using the vegan/vegetarian menu option available at the restaurant and the big, cozy bed was a plus.
The TV channels were not reliable and lacked variety.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel was located in a quiet area that was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The free shuttle to nearby attractions was a great benefit. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
The restaurant prices were too expensive for the quality of food. The rooms were not always well-stocked, and we had to ask for more amenities.
